Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mindless Thoughts Clothing.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Certain products are non-returnable (including, but not limited to, “Final Sale” items, international orders, and footwear purchased from our storefront). “Final Sale Items” include sale items, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves, collaborative footwear releases, and other items listed as not returnable.
- Refunds are provided in the form of Mindless Thoughts gift card/voucher, which includes taxes taken at the time of purchase and/or original shipping costs.
- Gift cards must be used within ONE YEAR of when the item was returned.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
- If the item is still in stock you may exchange for a different size or another item of equal or lessor value. Anything in greater amount the difference must be paid upfront..
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Lost or Stolen Package
Mindless Thoughts is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a USPS Claim.
